Tuesday 6pm:
Dorm Dinner! Meet in front of Earhart Hall to enjoy dinner with other Salt and Lighters who live in the dorms! :)
NOTE: Dorm dinner is open to all but it's called "Dorm Dinner" for a reason. Unless you are invited by someone in the Dorm who is planning on swiping you in, you should plan on paying the $8 bucks for yo dinna. Capish?

Same Day 7pm:
My personal favorite thing to look forward to:
Prayer & Praise: Come pray and join in worship in the middle-ish of the week! It's a great time to realign your thinking back to God, and be encouraged by the testimony and praises of others.

Thursday 12pm

Crosswalk Prayer Meeting : We have a wonderful opportunity to pray with the leadership on the Crosswalk project. Every Thursday they meet at the Crosswalk property and pray! They would love if we joined them so come and pray for God to work in this great ministry.

W.A.M. WAM! Settlers of Catan (and other games) Game Night.
6:30pm Meet for carpooling @ the international house!
So looking forward to this.
It will be a joint event with Dave Nannery's ABF (good ol' Dave =). This will be a chance for us as a group to get to know other members of KSBC, Hosted by Allen and Carmen Gilbert, members of Koinonia. Their address is 3635 Sunnyview Drive. You can Google Maps it if to get directions. There will be people meeting at the Old Promise Place to give you a ride at 6:30 if you need a ride.

Encouragement Week!
(Oh Yeah! Be encouraged!)

Thought inspiring quote.
"We are the richest people ever to walk the face of the earth. Period. Yet, most of us live as though there is nothing terribly wrong in the world. We attend our kid's soccer games, pursue our careers, and take beach vacations while 40 percent of the world's inhabitants struggle just to eat every day. And in our own backyards, the homeless, those residing in ghettos, and a wave of immigrants live in a world outside the economic and social mainstream of North America. We do not necessarily need to feel guilty about our wealth. But we do need to get up every morning with a deep sense that something is terribly wrong with the world and yearn and strive to do something about it. There is simply not enough yearning and striving going on."
~ Steve Corbett & Brian Fikkert

Walk with the King today, and be a blessing. (My Dad always used to say that... I think it's from the radio)
