Hey everyone!

What a crazy last few weeks! You can never tell in the beginning who is going to stick around or not but it turns out we have a great new group of freshmen and upperclassmen! Many of them have been willing to jump in and get involved! :) We already have one of them playing in the band on Sunday mornings.

Everything has been going well but the stress can be overwhelming for leaders in SLCF. It's been easy for many of us to forget that this is God's work and we're merely taking part rather than being in charge. Prayer and being humble is so much more important than running around like chickens with our heads cut off trying to put everything together! Please be praying that we will be diligent in our work but also remember that we are not in charge. Also be praying that we'll keep the goal of spiritual growth in the college group at the forefront so that we do not just merely start planning just to plan!
