Dorm Dinner

Live in a dorm and never have friends to go eat with, Live in an apartment and don't have money to buy groceries or motivation to make dinner.... Here's the solution to all these problems: DORM DINNER!!!!

That's right, Show up by the Amelia Earheart plack @ Earheart Dining Hall at 6 pm for awesome fellowship and awesome food. If you don't have a meal plan, maybe one of your fellow Salt and Lighters who does will be willing to swipe you in :)

Prayer & Praise

If you haven’t been yet… Come for an hour of worshipping our Lord & hearing testimonies of how He is working in the lives of fellow Salt & Lighters. This is a time just to devote to setting or minds on Christ during a busy school week. It's at 7 o'clock at the Promise Place (613(ish) Waldron Street).

FALL RETREAT 2009!

It is THIS weekend! (Sept 25/26) We will be camping, so make sure you get the correct things from home that are needed for camping. If you haven't signed up yet, email Lindsey at lindsey.ackerman@gmail.com. If you don't have access to a sleeping bag or other accessories, shoot Her an email and She will personally find one for you. I don't want anyone to miss out on the awesome events planned for that weekend. Unlike Lindsey I won't be accepting ANY excuses!!!! (Feel free to try and e-mail me with one…)

Details:

We are leaving @ 5:45/6pm. From 5^th and Waldron (Please contact us if departure time is an issue.)

Cost will be $15 all food/gas and what not is included.

Missions Conference! Highlight of our conference will be an opportunity with Dr. Sisk on Saturday evening 10/3 for a two session forum where he will bring an update on the current state of global evangelism and implications for what remains to be done in missions. Save the Date! You have the opportunity to put what you have learned about serving into practice. KSBC is hosting a marriage conference on October 31 and we need your help watching the kids.
