SLCF, Events for the week of 9/7
Hey guys,
Welcome back from that long restful weekend. Hopefully everyone had a good time relaxing, eating food, and ignoring anything relating to school. Unfortunately school is back in session, but you can look forward to many of the awesome events we have this week at Salt and Light Christian Fellowship!!! Onto the events:
TODAY (Tuesday, in like one hour)
Dorm Dinner
Yes amazing dorm food at our very own Earheart dining court. Meet there at 6PM for some quality fellowship. After that....
Prayer and Praise
Meet at the Promise Place (613 Waldron St.) at 7PM for a time of not only praying, but also praising God through worship, stories, and more!
Friday
No WAM. :( Yes while there is no official WAM it does happen to be the birthday of everyone's favorite Kempson baby: Victoria! Check out facebook for more information about the birthday party.
That's really all the events for this coming week. I do want to highlight some awesome activities coming up within the next month. The annual fall retreat is 9/25-9/26 and is sure to be an awesome time of camping, fire, and fellowship. Even further out is the guys/girls camping trip 10/23-10/24. These camping trips are so much fun that if you haven't experienced it before then you need to just go. That's all there is to say about that.
